Introduction
taggle ("we") operates the object-identification platform powered by NFC + QR tags. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
Data we collect
We collect: (1) account data (email, hashed password, name), (2) data about objects you register, (3) scan metadata (timestamp, approximate geolocation if you grant it), (4) messages exchanged in the recovery chat.
How we use the data
We use your data to deliver the service, authenticate you, notify you when an object is scanned, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell data to third parties.
Sharing
We share data only with providers we need to operate (Supabase, payment providers), each under contract with GDPR/LGPD clauses. Analytics (OpenPanel) and error tracking (GlitchTip) run on our own servers.
Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you close your account we delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (fraud logs, billing records).
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, and export your data. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary session cookies plus anonymized analytics cookies. You can manage them via your browser settings.
